1. Information We Do Not Collect

• No personal identity tracking: we do not collect names, home addresses, phone numbers, or account registrations.
• No sensitive information: we never collect, store, or process Social Security numbers, medical/health records, biometric data, or government identifiers.
• No financial information: we do not collect or store credit card details. All transactions are handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), subject to their own privacy standards.

2. Information Transmitted and Processed

• Bridge session data: when you load files (traveler logs, PBN files, auction summaries) into the local portal, the program reads the file contents via local JSON schemas.
• Third-party AI transmission: this data is transmitted securely, via encrypted API connection, to an independent third-party AI service, which analyzes the raw bridge data to generate performance evaluations.
• No server retention: we do not maintain an external, proprietary cloud server to permanently store your personal bridge files.

3. California Consumer Privacy Compliance Disclosures

• No data scraping: we do not extract ambient data from your computer. The software only interacts with files you actively select.
• No sale or sharing of personal data: we do not sell or share personal data with data brokers, advertisers, or marketing syndicates. Data transmission is confined to functional processing via the API link.
• Automated decision-making: the software uses third-party AI engines for structural game evaluations, for recreational and diagnostic purposes only, carrying no legal or financial consequences for the consumer.

4. Data Security and Integrity

• All data transmitted to the independent AI interface is encrypted using secure protocols.
• The application operates locally without administrative or root access requirements, so the security boundaries of the local Windows or macOS operating system remain uncompromised.
